Fantastic Location Near the Port - My stay at this apartment was a breeze, thanks to its amazing location near the bustling Port of Valencia. Being within walking distance allowed me to explore the charming waterfront and indulge in delicious seafood dinners with ease. The proximity to the port made me feel like a sailor on a culinary adventure!

Noisy Neighbor - Unfortunately, my peaceful stay was marred by a slightly noisy neighbor on the first floor who seemed to enjoy playing ball. Despite this minor inconvenience, overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Plaza de la virgen is 4 km from the property, easy access to an underground station. Such GRACIOUS staff.

The owners were incredibly helpful and provided us with useful information throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the beach and also having good bus connections to the city center. This made it easy for us to explore both the beautiful coastline and the vibrant city of Valencia. there were plenty of options for take-away food and bars with tapas in the area, making it convenient for dining.

One minor issue we encountered was that some of the blankets in the room had not been washed, which we noticed by the smell. However, when we informed the owner, they quickly provided us with fresh ones, resolving the issue promptly.

The apartment at Estudios En La Playa is cozy and charming, making you feel right at home. The kitchenette is perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast with the toaster. And with a patio, you can enjoy the beautiful Valencia weather anytime!

The only thing I didn't like was that the apartment didn't have a full kitchen.

The owner was incredibly nice and super helpful with all our requests. The location was mind-blowing, with the beach and metro just a short 10-15 minute walk away. The wi-fi worked great, and the apartment had everything we needed, including an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was a blessing on hot days, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. The beach access was fantastic, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The option for a paid airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. It was also great that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. We had a jaw-dropping experience and would highly recommend this place!

Well-modernized apartment, 2 levels, 2 bathrooms, small patio & balcony. Spanish setting near beach, city of science & arts, short metro from city center. Quiet area, 10-min walk to beach. Owner helpful with suggestions. Underground station 5 mins away, easy access to attractions. Supermarket nearby. Lovely street in the evening. The owner owns a pretty cafeteria on the corner.

The staff were friendly and informative, high chair provided for baby, great location near beach and restaurants, easy street parking.

With its close proximity to Cabanyal beach, you can enjoy leisurely walks on the sandy shores. the rooms are spacious, modern, and well, equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. the friendly staff ensures a smooth check, in and check, out process, providing valuable information about the area. Plus, the apartment offers a small terrace where you can relax and enjoy a drink.

Some towels had a slight odor upon arrival, but a quick wash resolved the issue.

During my stay at Estudios En La Playa, I was delighted to discover two exceptional features. the room with a balcony and terrace offered a stunning view of the city and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the well-equipped kitchen facilities allowed me to engage in basic cooking, making it a convenient and budget-friendly option for meals.

While my overall experience was pleasant, there was one minor inconvenience. I found the bathroom on the lower level a little uncomfortable for taking a shower.

Great location near the beach and not far from Puerto de Valencia for an excellent stay.

This place is close to Torres de Quart and you won't be disappointed if you eat at Sofoko Food, which is so close to this venue.
